Our Story
Since December 5th, 2005, AMP has been experiencing tremendous growth. The Ooltewah-Collegedale community has been very welcoming and supportive of our clinic. The building itself has served as a veterinary clinic since the 1980s. In addition, Dr. Dickinson and his staff have worked hard to improve the look and functionality and are very proud of the results. The facility is 5,900 square feet with six examination rooms, in-house diagnostics, a large treatment room, separated isolation room, dental suite, digital radiology and full surgical suite. In addition, our medical boarding service is the largest in-clinic operation in Ooltewah. AMP practices small animal (dog and cat) preventative care, medical care, and surgery.
Dr. Dickinson and his staff work closely with The University of Tennessee veterinary school in order to maintain up-to-date information on procedures and treatments available to patient care.
In May 2016 AMP is proud to announce we are now AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) Accredited.
